Please complete and submit this form to make a provisional booking for one of our
properties. We will then contact you with further details and availability.
1 Booking Information. To provisionally book your holiday property please complete
the form above or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Having checked availability,
we will email you a Booking Form. Please complete this form and return it with your
deposit. Please make us aware of any special requirements you may have at this stage.
We will then confirm your holiday in writing. Your confirmation form will show your
holiday dates, amount owed, balance due date and includes important information that
you should read through carefully. If you decide to cancel your holiday you will
be liable for the full holiday cost.
2 Cancellation Insurance. Once you have booked your holiday you are liable for the
full holiday cost. We strongly suggest that you take out your own holiday insurance
as we do not provide any holiday insurance cover.
3 Payment. A 40% deposit (of the holiday property rental) will secure your Booking.
The balance is due eight weeks prior to your holiday. Cheques, online banking or
bank transfers are welcome. If booking date is less than 8 weeks from holiday dates,
then full payment in advance is required. A security deposit cheque/payment of £100
is held against any damage to the property. This is ONLY cashed if damage occurs.
4 Linen and towels. Property descriptions will indicate whether linen/towels are
included in the price of your holiday. You can use the hire service for some properties
as indicated or you can bring your own. Charges are £16 per double, £8 per single
and £3 per person for towels. Beds are made up for you.
5 Cots and High Chairs. Property descriptions will indicate whether these are included
in the price of your holiday. If not, hire charges are cots £20 per week, high chairs
£15 per week. Cot Linen is NOT provided.
6 Heating: All heating charges are included in the price of your holiday. You should
however expect to bring logs etc for open fires unless property details state otherwise.
7 Arrival. Directions and key arrangements are sent out 2 weeks prior to your holiday.
You can arrive at any time after 3 pm but kindly vacate by 10 am.
8 Cleaning. Holiday properties are cleaned in between each let. We do ask guests
to ensure that all crockery/cutlery are clean and that furniture is returned to its
original position. Please note that our cleaners only have a limited amount of time
to clean your holiday home so please ensure you leave your cottage as you found it.
Please dispose of all rubbish.
9 After your holiday, if any damage is reported, you will be informed immediately.
Your security deposit will be cashed and any expenses paid out. Any balance payment
will be returned to you. If no damage is reported, your cheque/payment will be cancelled.
